Mixed Recycling Collection
At Velo Recycling, we offer a convenient Mixed Recycling service designed to both make recycling easy for businesses and ensure you comply with the new Simpler Recycling legislation.
Rather than separating each type of recyclable material into different containers, you can place all your dry recyclables into one bin and let us take care of the sorting.
Your mixed recycling container can include:
- Paper
- Cardboard
- Plastic bottles
- Drinks cans
- Food tins
Once collected, the materials are taken to a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) where they are separated and processed so they can be 100% recycled.
We can supply a range of containers, including 240 litre, 360 litre, 660 litre and 1100 litre wheelie bins, as well as trade sacks for small quantities of material. All containers are clearly labelled to make recycling simple for your team.
As well as external bins, we can also provide internal recycling solutions for offices and workplaces. Our team can help design effective recycling stations and supply posters or signage to encourage proper waste separation and improve recycling rates.
